With the changing trends, each one of us wants to change the way we look. Today we live in a competitive world, where Staying Fit, Looking Attractive and Feeling Healthy are important but the most important question that arises is that “Are we Happy with the way we look ?“ or “Do we doubt God’s creativity?” , why do we constantly want to look different?.  New hairstyles, nail art, change of wardrobes are just a simple change but even bigger changes have been discovered by man.

With science and technology playing their roles fantastically, today we could also change the way our body looks. People with a heavy abdomen or tires around their waist or arms hold options of liposuction or a tummy tuck. Incase of liposuction the extra bulky fat from the flabby parts like the thighs, hips, arms and abdomen are sucked out leaving your skin loose to tone up. Stomach Stapling is yet another methodology where the inner walls of the stomach are stapled to avoid expansion and ensure less intake of food.

Lets not forget the magic of cosmetology. Sharpening of the nose, shaping of the chin, raising of the cheek bones and thickening of the lips are just some other tricks. Besides the art of hair weaving has definitely caught the attention of many.

Hollywood and Bollywood have definitely fallen victims of cosmetology. Where Hollywood actresses like Madonna and international pop singer Cher have maintained their age through these, actors and actresses like Saif Ali khan (Botox), Katrina Kaif, Shilpa Shetty and Himesh Reshamiya are just a few names from the many….

Do these changes have side effects ? Yes, Well if proper care under a doctors observation, strict diets are not maintained, these could have major life seizing side effects. Artificial means of change are definitely risky but the effects are worth taking all that risk, only what one needs to be careful is to take care of it for a long run. Each change brings a big difference in the lifestyle. So next time you may probably want to change your body instead of changing your wardrobe.
